Our client-focused services assist clients living in their own homes to maintain independence and enjoy quality of life.
Eligibility:
Our clients are adults who are elderly, have a disability, are convalescing or in a caregiver role.
Services:
Meals on Wheels, Congregate Dining, Friendly Visiting, Call and Reassurance, Home Maintenance and Repair and Transportation.
